Threebond Under Body Coat - Black (420ml)

Threebond Under Body Coat (TB6102) is an air drying water based chassis coating, specially designed for drip-free application. A unique blend of materials has resulted in a product offering good addition to all common surfaces with good spray ability without dripping and excellent resistance against corrosion and gravel. It also acts as an anti-drumming compound when applied on large sheets.

Application

• For coating the entire under body including the rare Excel differential, rare suspension, propeller shafts front suspension etc. Except reason slash plastic and silencer parts.
• Typical applications include, floor pants wheel housings frame rails and other under body areas subject to Harsh environmental conditions and stone impact.

Directions for Use

• Before using this product remove dirt from the surface to be coated. When moisture remains on the surface remove it completely.
• Mask the protect areas not requiring coating.
• Do not invert can while in use. Shake the container vigorously before use.
• Spray the appropriate amount from a distance of 20 – 30 cm away from the surface.
• Wife off with a cloth  promptly when the product is sprayed onto other portions other than the intended area.
• If the product has been kept at or below 5 degree Celsius, it may be warmed with lukewarm water in (20 – 30°C) to facilitate atomization. Do not heat the can directly on open flame.

Handling & Storage

• Handling information – where safety close and goggles where suitable protective clothing.
• Storage information – during transport : the material should not be exposed to direct sunlight or heat.
• The temperature should not exceed more than 40 degree Celsius.
• Long term storage: store properly between 10 to 30 degree celsius in well closed containers. Avoid dirt water heat / Frost, direct sunlight and irritation sources. Extinguish with powder carbon dioxide or dry form.

Precautionary Statement: Prevention

• Do not use the product for any purpose other than the specified application.
• Do not use the product on surfaces such as plastics, tires and rubbers other than painting of the chases circumference.
• Avoid release to the environment.

First Aid Measures

• Inhalation: may cause headache dizziness tiredness and nausea. At high proportions reaction time and memory deteriorate and unconsciousness may occur.
• If skin contact: may degrees they skin. At long or often repeated contact, this may give reasoning and maybe eczema.
• If eye contact: smarting pain. Flush with plenty of water, contact physician.
• If ingetion: may cause nausea vomiting diarrhoea and the same problem as inhalation. Not a hazard, induce vomiting contact physician.

Disposal

Material should dispose as per local regulations.
